Manager, Strategy & Operations - VCA

The Manager, Strategy & Operations will support the Strategy & Operations function within Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, this role will be responsible for reimagining how VCA operates at scale by embedding AI, automation, and advanced tooling into core business processes. This is not a traditional operations role – it is a build-and-transform mandate focused on redesigning planning, performance management, and operational workflows to be AI-enabled, scalable, and insight-driven. The role will work closely with VCA leadership and cross‑functional partners to eliminate manual processes, accelerate decision‑making, and create a digitally‑enabled operating model across Planning, Business Reviews, OKR tracking, and broader operational activities.
