Manager, Strategy & Planning

Job Purpose

The Manager, HSSE Strategy & Planning is responsible for developing, coordinating, and monitoring the organization’s HSSE strategic initiatives, performance reporting, governance processes, and transformation programs. The role ensures that HSSE priorities are translated into clear plans, measurable targets, and actionable insights to support leadership decision‑making and continuous improvement across all business units.

This role serves as the central coordinator for HSSE planning, performance management, and strategic transformation, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and operational execution.
