Manager - Strategy & PMO

Role Purpose

Support the Head PMO-Enterprise Solutions in driving strategic priorities, enterprise-wide transformation programs, executive governance, and cross-functional initiatives. The role will serve as the central coordination point between Business Units, Corporate Functions, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment, accountability, timely execution, and effective decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiative Management

• Drive planning, execution, and tracking of strategic initiatives sponsored by the President and Executive Leadership Team.
• Develop project plans, governance structures, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation actions.

Executive Governance & Leadership Support

• Prepare executive dashboards, strategic presentations, briefing materials, and management updates.
