Manager, Structural Design

This role will be responsible to lead, review, and ensure the quality, safety, and structural integrity of all structural design works, while providing technical direction, problem‑solving support, and hands‑on expertise for complex engineering issues.

Your role and responsibilities:

Lead and manage the C&S engineering team, ensuring strong technical direction, effective workload planning, and timely delivery of all design submissions.

Provide structural design expertise for high rise projects, including structural analysis, layout planning, calculations, and design optimization for safety, cost efficiency, and constructability.

Act as the technical authority in structural engineering, with strong proficiency in systems such as shear walls, RC frames, transfer structures, and foundation design.
