Manager, Talent Management (2 Years Contract), based in Jurong East

This position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Group Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to design/drive the implementation and execution of Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives in ST Engineering in partnership with functional stakeholders across the business, HR and fellow Talent Partners
• Manage end-to-end scholars’ assimilation and rotations within the Group to develop and retain the future talent pipeline
• Responsible to design and roll out Hi-Potential development initiatives that are strategic for the business
• Regularly engage and check-in with the top talent pool in your Business Area
• Partner with HRBP Leads to prepare and drive robust Succession Planning and Talent Reviews for Singapore and International BUs with guidance from COE
