Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Support end-to-end implementation of talent management and succession planning processes, including talent identification, assessments, reviews, development, and engagement initiatives
- Facilitate talent review exercises across various employee groups
- Monitor and track development plans for succession candidates and high‑potential employees
- Organise engagement sessions and developmental opportunities for identified talent pools
- Monitor and report talent management and succession planning metrics
Leadership Development & Learning Programmes
- Design, develop, and implement leadership and management development programmes
