This key role acts as a bridge between senior leadership and junior staff, delivering high‑quality advisory work, managing a small portfolio of clients and developing the wider team. The role focuses on corporate tax transactions and complex structuring projects while overseeing compliance work.
Responsibilities
Corporate Tax Advisory
- Lead and deliver high‑quality corporate tax advisory services for M&A transactions, restructurings, international expansion and tax due diligence.
Compliance & Portfolio Management
- Manage a small portfolio of clients, oversee corporate tax compliance and review junior team work.
Project & Team Leadership
