Reporting to the Sr. Taxation Director, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of all aspects of the Canadian corporate income tax compliance, Canadian tax provision and ongoing Canadian tax audits.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare Canadian corporate and partnership income tax returns, and tax provisions. Including T2, T1134, T106, Surplus and FAPI calculations.
Tax Planning
- Assist with various tax planning projects, research and develop strategies to minimize Canadian tax liabilities. Write permanent memoranda to document business d...
