We are looking for a manager – Finance Process Improvement & Automation with strong experience in driving transformation across taxation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across finance and tax functions

  • Drive automation initiatives using RPA, BI tools, and Generative/Agentic AI

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery in collaboration with technology teams

  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process efficiency and quality improvement

  • Manage stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of digital solutions
