Manager / Team Lead – High Net Worth Case Management

An established financial services organization is looking to strengthen its High Net Worth (HNW) Case Management team with the addition of an experienced senior professional. This role will play a key part in supporting front-office Relationship Managers by overseeing complex insurance case management activities while also mentoring and guiding an existing team.
About the Role The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge across HNW insurance solutions, excellent stakeholder management skills, and prior experience leading or coaching a team within a fast-paced client servicing environment.
