Overview
Join Loretto as a Temporary Assisted Living Home Care Manager, RN!
The Temporary ALP Home Care Manager, RN is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and efficient clinical care is provided by the clinical care team consisting of RN’s, LPN’s, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, care managers (social workers), and aides in an Assisted Living Program.
The Home Care Manager provides support for aide supervision, assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of nursing care delivered, and communicates information appropriately to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
This is a temporary position that will end in May.
Experience in completing UAS-NY Assessments preferred
Schedule:20 - 24 hours per week
Shift:Varies - Must be flexible
Pay:$42.61 per hour
