**Job Role/Responsibilities**

1. Regional Third-Party Arrangements and Outsourcing Governance

+ Provide leadership for Asia-Pacific third party & outsourcing governance, ensuring alignment with TPRM standards and evolving regulatory expectations.
+ Serve as the principal Asia-Pacific authority on regional regulatory regimes, shaping interpretations and advising senior leadership.
