Opportunity Description
Job Purpose
To manage and support the Bank’s rewards function, including compensation management, benefits, annual salary review, bonus exercise, market benchmarking, rewards analytics and rewards governance. The role supports the Head, Strategy & Rewards in ensuring that the Bank’s rewards practices are competitive, fair, cost-effective, properly governed and aligned with the Bank’s business strategy, people strategy and approved budget.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Rewards
- Manage salary fitment for new hires, promotions, transfers and internal movements.
- Prepare salary and compensation analysis for Management review.
- Review of salary ranges, pay positioning and rewards practices.
- Ensure compensation recommendations are fair, consistent and within approved guidelines.
