Manager, Transaction Accounting & Capital Market

As Manager in EY’s FAAS Transaction Reporting & Capital Markets group, you will support finance leaders across transactions, helping clients implement accounting standards, optimize processes and achieve strategic financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and participate in a variety of engagements (research on the application of accounting standards to various transactions, assessment of financial and governance processes, support in transitioning to a new accounting framework, benchmarking practices across different organizations, designing customized training, etc.).
• Supervise certain members of the engagement team, delegate tasks, and review the work performed.
