Supporting our portfolio companies in their turnaround journey, by working closely with the management board and the Mutares team Establishing a business plan incl. a turnaround concept and driving the implementation together with the Mutares team and the portfolio company, including the management of different stakeholders Assessment of strategic decisions (e.g. Insourcing/Outsourcing) together with the local teams and the Mutares team Supporting the acquisition and integration process of add on acquisitions Establishing the management governance and coherent tracking and reporting within the portfolio company
Your Profile
At least 4 years of experience in relevant fields and in transformations, restructuring or turnaround situations Master studies in the field of economics, engineering, science or similar with outstanding results Structured, prag...
