Manager - Wholesale Credit (Recovery Management)

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement dynamic and robust strategies to expedite recovery of defaulted accounts where prospects of workout are minimal.
• Oversee expeditious recovery on defaulted accounts with low prospects of rehabilitation.
• Expedite litigation on accounts with low prospects of rehabilitation.
• Negotiate with customers and establish formal corrective action plans with approved milestones and target dates, and undertake ongoing monitoring to rehabilitate accounts where prospects of workout and restructuring are high.
• Work closely with other departments of the Bank and direct external agents such as receivers, managers, liquidators, monitoring accountants, solicitors, valuers, auctioneers, other lenders and consultants to expedite resolution of accounts under purview.
