Manager, Wind Construction (Civil Balance of Plant)

Job Summary: The role is project‑based and responsible for the daily supervision of civil construction activities at a wind farm construction site, including foundations, roads, hardstands, substations, and transmission line civil works. The incumbent ensures contractor compliance with approved designs, schedules, quality, and safety standards, coordinates with technical supervision teams, verifies materials and as‑built documentation, monitors progress, supports permit‑to‑work processes, and provides daily site progress reports while demonstrating strong safety leadership.
