Manager, Wind Construction (Electrical Balance of Plant)

Job Summary: This is a site‑based role responsible for overseeing and monitoring all Electrical Balance of Plant (BOP) construction activities for a utility‑scale wind farm project. The role includes supervision of cabling, substations, and transmission line works; coordination with contractors, utilities, and grid operators; management of QA/QC processes; and support of contract, schedule, risk, and safety management to ensure delivery in accordance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the BOP contractor’s work associated with cabling, substation, and transmission line establishment for a major scale wind farm.
• Support contractor and authorities’ communication for all electrical scope related aspects.
