Manager/Assistant Director - Programme Evaluation

We would like to invite interested applicants to apply for this position in the Programme Evaluation Team at the Ministry of National Development (MND). You will be part of a dynamic team that develops and implements programme evaluation efforts in the Ministry.

Implement MND’s programme evaluation framework to assess effectiveness, economy, efficiency and impact of programmes, improve policy formulation, programme design and implementation, governance, and inform policy and practice and support resourcing decisions.

• Develop/review programmes’ logic models, theories of change, key performance indicators, evaluation designs and data collection methods, and conduct data analysis.
• Engage policy/programme owners in HQ and agencies to identify programmes for evaluation and plan, conduct, and monitor pre‑, during, and post‑implementation evaluations.
