Opportunity Description
The chief transition planning leader directs the balance between operational continuity and transformational change, where timing, coordination, and communication are critical. The leader will be the key owner of orchestrating a structured, strategic approach of relocating people, equipment, and services in a way that minimizes uncertainty and maximizes readiness. The chief transition planner will work directly with department leaders and project teams to establish clear, achievable milestones. By breaking the process into manageable phases-preparation, move readiness, activation, and occupancy-this role provides the clarity and confidence needed to navigate the transition successfully. Post occupancy, the role will continue to support issue tracking, workflow optimization, and lessons-learned documentation.
