Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Support clients on the day‑to‑day Trade transaction queries on phone or emails
- Record all calls information according to standard operating procedures
- Act as a Trade advisor on various Trade products enquiries
- Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure client’s requests are fulfilled
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and monitoring of department KPIs
- Identify and escalated client issue if any
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Degree holders with good understanding of various Trade products
- Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Great customer service on Trade Products
- Have Trade knowledge or customer services experience
- Able to work independently with excellent verbal and email‑writing skills
- Able to interact effectively with internal & external parties of all levels
