Manager/Senior Manager, Digital Platform Optimisation (PED)

The candidate will contribute towards optimisation of SSG’s digital portals and digital engagement, designed to enable Singaporeans in planning their lifelong learning journeys. This function requires product strategy, application of data‑driven insights and hands‑on technical engagement to deliver meaningful user outcomes.

• Contribute to the development of product roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Define and track product success metrics, including user engagement, conversion funnels, and retention, to inform iteration and decision‑making.
• Partner with the development team to review front‑end tech stack and assess code quality, ensuring portal performance and maintainability.
• Propose and validate recommendations for feature enhancements, supported by UX assessments, user research and usability testing.
