The mission of Family Life Group (FLG) is to build strong and resilient families through all stages of life.

The Operations Planning & Transformation (OPT) Division is responsible for corporate and strategy planning, transformation, data and digitalisation, capability development and engagement strategies for FLG.

Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you will be a key member of the Operations Planning team, playing a meaningful role in shaping how FLG delivers on its mission to strengthen families across Singapore.
