Role Purpose

The Technical Marketing role plays a central role in shaping the future direction of Singapore's semiconductor R&D landscape. This position is responsible for synthesizing global technology signals and translating them into strategic guidance that influences where IME's R&D investments are directed.

Operating at the intersection of industry, research, and national priorities, the role connects external market and technology needs with internal research execution. Through informed analysis and technical judgment, you will influence multi-million-dollar R&D funding decisions and help position IME's Advanced Packaging and Silicon Photonics capabilities three to five years ahead of volume market adoption, particularly for AI Computing and data center scaling.
