Opportunity Description
International headhunters seeking a MANAGING DIRECTOR for a Mexican company, able to report to the Board of Directors. The previous General Manager currently serves as de President of the Board, and we aim to maintain continuity in the institutionalization and internationalization processes. We will only consider candidates with proven high management experience.
Objective: Lead the operation, ensuring the implementation of the strategy approved by the Board of Directors, guaranteeing high standards of regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, organizational stability, and profitable growth, under an institutional corporate governance model.
Essential: Able to organize and work under KPIs, meritocracies, and process reengineering. Have taken part in ERP implementations and have technical knowledge of Mexico's Customs Law.
