Managing Director, Restructuring Tax Advisory

The Role

The Teneo Financial Advisory tax team continues to grow and is seeking a Managing Director to play a leading role in the continued development of its Restructuring Tax Advisory practice.

In this role, you will act as a senior leader within the business, advising on the tax aspects of complex restructuring, and insolvency situations. You will work closely with stakeholders, including lenders, sponsors, management teams and insolvency practitioners, to develop and implement commercially effective, tax‑efficient solutions in often time‑critical and challenging circumstances.

You will bring deep expertise in UK direct tax supported by a strong working knowledge across wider tax disciplines, with a strong track record in distressed and special situations and will originate and lead engagements, develop client relationships, and shape the strategic direction of the practice.
