Job Title: Customer Service Support (Mandarin/Cantonese)- Social media

Language Requirement: Mandarin (Native)

Salary: Up to RM 4,500 (including language allowance)

Start Date: October & November

Shift: Rotational 24/7 (5 days on, 2 days off)

Experience/Industry Preference: Hotel Management, Education, Banking

Job Summary: Provide customer service support for SG Reservation clients, assisting with inquiries and reservations in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:
