Opportunity Description
- Conduct comprehensive client document verification (KYC) and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including following up on incomplete applications and assisting with client reactivation initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and the sales team to ensure timely communication and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and data within CRM systems.
- Communicate product updates, promotional campaigns, market developments, and relevant information to clients.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team, including lead management, sales pipeline monitoring, and client retention activities.
