Mandarin Telco Agent (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via chat, voice, email, and social media.
• Resolve customer concerns related to mobile, broadband, billing, technical support, activation, recontracting, and service termination.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate cases to the right teams when needed.
