Mandarin/English Bilingual CSR – Freight Forwarding

Mandarin Recruitment is seeking a Customer Services Operator for a Freight Forwarding company in Greater London. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in shipping services to China and possess excellent client service skills.

This position requires fluency in Mandarin and English, with Cantonese as a plus. The role operates on a shift basis for 5 days a week, and basic computer and IP phone skills are necessary.
