Manpower Executive/Asst Manager (Ubi)

As a Manpower Operations Officer, you will support Head Manpower in strategic planning and operational excellence while managing essential personnel administration functions. You will contribute to process improvements and ensure seamless delivery of manpower services that support our officers' career development and operational readiness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end personnel administration including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and exit processes
• Awards and welfare administration
• Process applications for sponsorship and various entitlements (e.g. allowances, medals)
