Manual Test Engineer

Summary: We are seeking a Manual / Integration Software Test Engineer to support testing efforts for next-generation DNA sequencing platforms. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in software testing within hardware or lab-based environments, who enjoys working closely with engineering teams in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

What you’ll do:

• Perform manual and integration testing on software that powers sequencing hardware and devices
• Work with both simulators and live lab equipment to validate features and troubleshoot issues
• Partner closely with developers in a scrum team to triage defects and test new functionality
• Contribute to testing across system controls, services software, and user interfaces

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of manual or integration testing experience
• Exposure to hardware, firmware, or lab environments
