Responsibilities
- Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project leads, and others to understand requirements and establish testing strategies.
- Plan, prioritise, and manage testing activities across multiple modules (Android app, iOS app, dashboard), ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scripts developed by the QA team, ensuring coverage and accuracy.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile application and web application.
