Roles & Responsibilities Ensuring employees are trained to satisfy the cleanliness standards established by clients Ensuring periodic work are complete within work schedulendards established by clients Ensuring periodic work are complete within work schedule Perform sites inspection and joint inspection with clients Perform sites inspection and joint inspection with clients Mitigates problems, complaints and issues on the groun in a timely manner Maintain schedules and reports and Reports to management on major issues affecting clients, contract schedules, employees and image of company. Requirements
: At least 2 years of working experience in the Cleaning Industry Able to communicate well to both clients and staff Able to plan work schedule for new jobsites Able to handle conflicts & work stress
