Manufacturing Associate

Manufacturing Laborers and Assemblers Needed!

📍 York, PA

💲 $19–$22/hr (DOE)

🕒 1st Shift& 2nd shift: 4x10 schedule

📈 Contract-to-Hire

**What You’ll Do**

+ Mechanical & electrical assembly of HVAC units
+ Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and basic equipment
+ Read work orders, drawings, and schematics
+ Cut, strip, and solder wiring
+ Perform quality checks & follow production standards

**Requirements**

+ GED or Diploma
+ 1+ year of assembly or production experience
+ Comfortable reading basic prints/work instruction
+ Departments (cross-training required)
