Manufacturing Engineer - Ceramic Core

Join us in developing, optimizing, and sustaining ceramic core manufacturing processes, including material removal, repair, strengthening, and inspection. This role supports manufacturing through process definition, engineering trials, data analysis, SPC, and training, while resolving recurring quality and process issues through root cause analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

+ Improve ceramic material removal, repair, strengthening and inspection processes
+ Create and maintain clear standard operating procedures for manufacturing staff
+ Identify and resolve the root causes of quality and process issues
+ Apply statistical process control to detect and prevent nonconformances
+ Test and evaluate new materials, tools, and equipment
+ Train manufacturing personnel on documented process changes
+ Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to implement improvements<...
