About the company
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading high end low volume client based in Woking who are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer - Paint (New Model) to join their team on a long term rolling contract basis
Principal Accountabilities
- Support cross functional Design & Perceived Quality reviews for new models
- Work with Research & Development (R&D) on new material concepts and technologies
- Support Design Verification Plan (DVP) testing of new substrates
- Development of new Paint colours, including application sign off
- Development of Paint application methods, including tooling definition
- PFMEA
- DFMEA
- Facility / Paint Shop capacity planning
- Facility layout planning
