• Establish work instructions and planning documents in collaboration with the headquarter
• Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs
• Production planning and control incl. missing material coordination and order release/ technical completion
• Technical Supervision, support and continuous improvement of the structural assembly operations
• Initiate and introduce construction or process changes
• Moderate problem solving between the engineering, quality department and the shopfloor team
• Support engineering department regarding producibility of aerostructures and respective optimizations
