Job Description
- Monitor and improve production performance including yield, FPY, scrap, and rework.
- Provide hands‑on technical support to resolve assembly and testing issues on production modules.
- Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) and provide technical evaluation for product acceptance or rejection.
- Liaise with customers and cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely closure.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions (8D) for production and quality issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production layouts, assembly processes, and workstations to support efficient manufacturing.
- Create, update, and control manufacturing documents including Work Instructions (WI), Process Flow (PF), Process Control Plan (PCP), and PFMEA.
