Support alternate sourcing, cost saving, in‑sourcing and site improvement projects.

Develop, update Work Instructions (WI) and conduct process training.

Responsible for product yield and quality. Provide technical support to production.

Support product transfer, NPI, cost saving and alternate sourcing projects.

Support Industry 4.0 project.

Conduct RMA/DOA evaluations.

Create, update WIs and train production technicians.

Ensure up‑to‑date engineering records, BOMs, routings, work instructions and ISO documents.

Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits.
