Manufacturing Excellence Manager

About the role The Manufacturing Excellence Manager is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across global manufacturing engineering organisation. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement scalable solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency and every opportunity in to dollar value.
For this role, the identified candidate is expected to collaborate and participate actively with internal Dyson teams and external partners to test feasibility, provide implementable mass manufacturable solutions at the targeted cost and within projected time frame. In addition, the identified candidate is also expected to review, benchmark, stay updated on the latest manufacturing technologies trends and able to identify critical manufacturing technologies roadmap in alignment with Dyson 3-5years project needs and requirement.
