**Job Title: Manufacturing Lead**
**Job Description**
The Manufacturing Lead oversees the efficient, accurate, safe, and timely manufacture of regulated products, including radioactive medical devices, within a controlled environment. This role provides daily direction and leadership to manufacturing technicians, ensures compliance with quality and safety standards, and communicates operational needs and capabilities to leadership. The Manufacturing Lead also operates production equipment and in-process instrumentation when needed, follows established procedures and documentation practices, and drives continuous improvement while mentoring and coaching the manufacturing team.
