Manufacturing Lean Leader

**Job Description Summary**
The Lean Leader for GNF-A Manufacturing is a critical leadership role within the Fuels organization. The role reports to Brett Suits, GNF-A Fuels Manufacturing Lead, and will be accountable for driving Lean implementation and transformation across the Fuels organization.

As a member of the Manufacturing Leadership Team, you will be an active contributor to operationalizing the business vision/strategy into tactical actions. You will serve as “Chief Problem Solver,” mobilizing change and achieving business results and building sustainable business improvements. Deliverables include lean maturity for the segment and its leaders, and SQDC improvements through kaizen events, problem solving and coaching. This role will require you to coach leaders at all levels, lead problem solving, kaizens, operations reviews etc.
