**Location:** -El Dorado Hills, CA
**Schedules:** Night Shift: 6pm–6am (12-hour shifts) Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
**Hourly Pay:** $24–$31/hr DOE
Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | Onsite

We’re hiring a hands-on **Manufacturing Maintenance Technician** for a growing print & mail distribution company. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys troubleshooting high-speed production equipment and wants long-term career growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Perform preventative & corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & computer-related issues
• Install/relocate production equipment
• Track service calls & parts usage
• Follow OSHA/EPA safety standards

**Qualifications:**
• High school diploma or technical training
• Mechanical aptitude & production equipment repair experience
• Familiarity with MS Office & Windows systems
