We are looking for a versatile leader to step into a dual-stream position that bridges the gap between Warehouse/Logistics and Operations Management. It's fast and ever-changing - are you up for the challenge? Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading a large team to successfully deliver your lines KPI’s and drive business performance
* Responsible for inbound, pick and outbound operations
* Managing Oracle for purchasing, inventory, work in process, and order management transactions
* You will coach, develop and lead your staff and establish a continuous improvement culture
* You will work closely with internal and external suppliers and will build strong, effective relationships ensuring that the site is legally compliant
