Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the operations of Production Team including planning and review of work process for execution of production works.
• Plan and review manpower strength and competencies for current and potential new tasks.
• Identify training and development needs for production personnel.
• Manage inventory, ensuring stock replenishment for new projects or urgent work orders.
• Monitor car park system deployment movements and oversee work planning, execution, and delivery per sales order requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to address work challenges and monitor performance in planning, quality, and deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment, identifying and improving safety hazards as at workplace and establish awareness of work hazards.
• Check and approve the Goods Issue Note (GIN) prepared by Production Technician for each project.
