Manufacturing Operations Manager (Buenos Aires)

Silent-Aire is a technology-driven company that designs, engineers, and manufactures hyperscale cooling and modular data center solutions. Silent-Aire employs over 1,000 people, operates 13 manufacturing facilities across Edmonton, Alberta; Gilbert, Arizona; and Dublin, Ireland. Sales and service centers are located in Seattle, Washington; Boardman, Oregon; Ashburn, Virginia; and Dublin, Ireland. Since May 2015, Silent-Aire has been a part of Johnson Controls’ Data Center Solutions group.

• Strategic direction, leadership and overall administration of plant operations, overseeing staffing and production while driving growth in production, revenue, and quality of goods.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and department managers, ensuring integration of strategic plans within the plant.
