You are part of a global competence center for optics and wafer chuck technology within ASML, combining craftsmanship in precision manufacturing with advanced optical production technology.

Role and responsibilities

This role operates within a highly qualified team that uses ion beam-based etching processes in high vacuum to achieve extreme surface flatness on demanding products made of glass, glass ceramics, and high-performance ceramics. A wide range of competencies is applied, making work on ISA systems unique.
