Manufacturing Process Engineer – Ceramic Kiln Firing

Join us in developing and continuously improving core firing processes, focusing on kiln performance, firing media, and part quality. You will troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support to manufacturing, ensuring on-time delivery of conforming core products. Engage with the core technical team and the casting technical team to drive success.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

+ Utilize your process knowledge and engineering principles to develop techniques that produce cores meeting customer specifications.
+ Maintain and enhance kiln performance by monitoring temperature profiles, uniformity, heat work, loading patterns, and functionality.
+ Review customer requirements and create processes and documentation to meet them.
+ Establish and maintain statistical process control in assigned areas while monitoring yield and throughput.
