Manufacturing Process Manager

Job Overview This role is responsible for effectively translating product designs and customer requirements into executable manufacturing processes, providing end-to-end technical support for product introduction, customization, process optimization, and production delivery. The position also oversees local technical operations in Singapore, manages the on-site engineering team, and works closely with the engineering headquarters in China to drive process improvement, technical issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring quality, efficiency, and delivery targets are achieved.
